At Ashir Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for most items. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
I. Unused and in Original Condition: II. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached.
III. Original Packaging: IV. It must also be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials, manuals, and accessories.
V. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and other reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or not as described:
I. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
II. Intimate or sanitary goods
III. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
IV. Gift cards
V. Downloadable software products
VI. Certain health and personal care items (please check the product description for specific return information)
VII. Newspapers and magazines
Proof of Purchase
To process your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or order number.
How to Initiate a Return
a). Contact Us: Please email us at admin@ashirhaven.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
b). Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with specific instructions on where to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the general supplier address without confirming the correct return address with us. We work with various suppliers, and sending it to the wrong location may delay or prevent your return from being processed.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted at our discretion:
Items with obvious signs of use.
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
1. Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected by our designated returns team or supplier, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
2. Refund Approval: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check Your Bank Account:Review your bank account statement again, as the refund may take some time to post.
2. Contact Your Credit Card Company If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company. There may be a delay before your refund is officially processed and visible.
3. Contact Your Bank:If you've checked with your credit card company, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before the refund is posted to your account.
4. Contact Us: If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund after 14 business days from our approval, please contact us at admin@ashirhaven.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on sale or discounted items unless they are faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at admin@ashirhaven.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide you with the correct return address for the supplier.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver's original payment method, and they will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, you will need to mail it to the specific supplier address provided by our customer or admin support team after you initiate the return process.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
For exchanges of defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Shipping Recommendations
If you are shipping an item worth over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not use a trackable service.
